Today we moved up to the Pediatric floor! Yeah, we have our own space and finally some privacy, although, the room is a little tight with three babies in it. We have placed a note on the TV to remind the nurses to keep the TV on at all times since the girls are already used to sleeping with noise in the NICU. We want to avoid having to tip toe around the house when we are home. We will have to learn what channel and time the cartoons are on so the girls don't have to listen to FOX news all day! It is so much more relaxed up here and we have access to a little kitchen with soda, water and a fridge we can put food in. I do miss the nurses downstairs. I have become close with a number of them and will for sure be keeping in touch when we are all at home. I have been told that they are "fighting" to come up to Peds to take care of the girls. These little ones seem to win the heart of everyone who meets them, that warms my heart to hear the way the nurses talk about them.
