Shoe Shopping

On Monday, Cassandra and I took the girls to the mall to buy shoes. I swear I feel like I am constantly buying these girls shoes. Their feet are growing like weeds these days, shoes are only fitting them for a month or two. Cassandra is always up for whatever so we decided to leave the strollers in the car and walk with the girls. I had Vaughn in the car seat and help one girl. Cassandra walked with the other two. They clearly loved the freedom and were very good about staying with us. It got a little crazy in the shoe store with Brooke wanting to pull all the shoes our of the boxes, but the ladies in the store loved it because they were so interested in the fact that they were triplets. The best part of the trip was when we were walking to the car, Cassandra has Taylor and Sydney I was a bit ahead of them. I heard Taylor say something, and I honestly would not have believed it had Cassandra not been there to confirm what she said. Taylor said, "I love shoes"! Are you kidding me??? Have you seen my closet??? I LOVE shoes and have a ridiculous quantity of them, throughout my first pregnancy I was so nervous my feet would grow and my investment would be lost. From the sound of it Taylor has gotten the "shoe gene" from me. She hasn't even said I love Mommy or I love Daddy...yet she knows she loves shoes. We may have trouble on our hands with her! This is only the beginning of hilarious comments by the girls!
