Sunday was on of the most wonderful days ever. We had the girls Baptized. Both Chris and my families came together, along with a few very close friends. Chris's Uncle John from St. Louis who is a Catholic Priest came up to do the ceremony. It was absolutely amazing. He gave it a very personal touch and really there is nothing more special than having our children baptized by their Uncle! We decided to choose a set of Godparents for each girl, so we also had quite the crowd, it was great. Brooke's Godmother is Auntie Beth, and her Godfather is Kent, a close friend of Chris from growing up. Taylor's Godmother is Sue, a very close friend of mine and her Godfather is Dave, another good friend of Chris from childhood. Sydney's Godmother is Auntie Ang and her Godfather is Uncle Eric. We had a little reception at our house after the ceremony, the whole day was just perfect and a lot of fun! All three girls were wonderful during the baptism. They chatted back and forth a bit, but no cries or fussiness (not sure that is even a word).

I LOVE this picture, and so does Grandma. She said for her it captured the feelings of such a special day. It is Taylor giving the loving smile to Grandma!
