Since I am in catch up mode with this blog I am going to do a quick highlight of our Summer. I'll start by saying we had an amazing fun filled summer. It started with the girls going through Potty Training Boot Camp, I did them each individually and all three of them were complete rock stars and in my opinion extremely easy to train! Yeah, three down one to go, at least I have a little break until Vaughn is ready!

Love this "before boot camp" shot |

Taylor looking hip being such a big girl on the potty |
Sydney entertaining herself while waiting for something to happen! |
No surprise, Brooke gets really excited when she makes things happen! |

I really must say again how incredibly proud of my girls I am for such a stress free and successful potty training experience! Love the cooperation and desire to achieve these little girls have! \
We went to the pool a ton, hit the beach a few times, went up North to
Gramma and Grandpa's a few times, had sleep overs with Busia and Papa,
visited farms, went to Bay Beach amusement park, attended a "spa day",
went to a hot air balloon festival, played outside on the new play set
and back patio constantly, the girls learned to pedal their big wheels
and took swim lessons.
Vaughn is always doing something silly to keep us entertained, he is really good at coming up with ways to keep busy! |
Trying out the new playset with Papa |
Sleepovers at Busia and Papa's house:
Making meatballs, B, S, T |
It wouldn't be a sleepover without a tea party |
All the excitement and Vaughn couldn't make it through the meal. He really tries to keep up with his crazy sisters and often does, but once in awhile it catches up with him. |
Pewaukee Lake beach first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day. |
Sleeping in Busia's Dr. Seuss t-shirts makes girls silly, T, S, B |
Up North:
First thing we did when we arrived at Grandma and Gramma's is hit the water, in their underwear! |
Breakfast at Paul Bunyan's on a very sunny Summer morning! |
Shopping, popcorn and bubbles downtown Minocqua with Gramma |
Annual Strawberry Fest in Eagle River |
He looks like a little wrestler. I would dress him in track suits everyday if I could. I get such enjoyment out of seeing him so sporty! |
Our awesome neighbors hanging out on a beautiful day |
This pic took about 15 to get one that wasn't blurry, he is a boy on the move and the best lil' bro in the world! |
A morning on Godsell farm feeding animals, a hay ride and meeting a very nice family of local farmers. |
T, B, S at the Waterford Hot Air Balloon festival, tons of fun! |
Bay Beach Amusement Park:

The girls really wanted a ride in our new garbage can...so, Daddy gave them one! |
BIG - GIRL - BEDS!!!!!

We felt at almost three the girls were ready for big girl beds! They never once tried to climb out of their cribs, but they sure were excited to have their own special big girl beds! Brooke is to the left, Taylor in the middle and Sydney on the right.
I could not imagine having a better Summer, we stayed really busy and had such an enjoyable time with our four kiddos. They are such good kids and a joy to spend time with! Looking forward to doing it all again in a few months, Summer please come quick!
